Preparing for their stay

What are the most important things you look for in a pet to make sure they'll have a safe and happy stay with Only Paws?
All pets must be up-to-date with parasite prevention (monthly for fleas, ticks, and worms), fully vaccinated, and desexed. Microchipping is a must, and all dogs need to wear a collar with a tag displaying their name and phone numbers. A mandatory meet and greet before booking is required.

What health or identification documents do pet owners need to show you before their furry friend comes to stay?
Transparency is key. While we don't require physical copies of documents, we ask for a visual check of your pet's passport to confirm their health and identification details.

What essential items should pet owners pack for their fur baby when they come to Only Paws?
Each pet needs to bring their own bowl, lead, harness, and food for the duration of their stay. If your pet uses a bed or crate, please bring those along too. Any necessary medications should also be provided.

Are there any behavioural requirements for pets staying with Only Paws?
Yes, all pets must be child-friendly, house-trained, and friendly with other dogs. This ensures a harmonious environment for everyone.

What if my pet has specific routines or behaviours?
During the meet and greet, we'll discuss your pet's routines and behaviours in detail. This allows us to tailor their care to their individual needs, including administering medications if required.
